At Adamans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original Adamans presentation box and outer shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
